The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator and has been recently renovated.
It is an ideal location to explore the city center and visit the picturesque views of Lake Como.
Super central area, calm, and strategically located. Just a few steps away from the lake and the main cathedral.
Being a very central area, the best option for parking will be on the blue lines below the house or in via lecco. Otherwise another option can be "autosilo valduce" or "Parcheggio Arena del Teatro Sociale di Como"

A perfect cozy nest in Como!
I spent 3 days in this apartment with my boyfriend and everything was amazing! Pierfrancesco, the host, is really friendly and kind. He gave us all the tips to make our stay in Como unforgettable. The flat is in the city center, close to the lake! I would truly suggest to stay there to all my friends!
